This has been such a delightful experience from start to finish! We live in a small cottage in Carmel, so I did a lot of research on various types of wall bed systems incorporating a desk. We loved the thoughtful design of the Wilding Disappearing Desk Bed model. Once we zeroed in on the Park City model (Full), you were so helpful and patient in answering our questions and sending many stain samples. As you explained at the beginning when we placed the order, to expect shipment probably in the first week in April. Imagine our delight when we found out it would arrive THIS week! DATS and Best Overnight Transport were awesome in communicating shipping and arrival details. Steve, at Best Overnight, was a champ! The pallet arrived yesterday afternoon and was so carefully packed – everything was PERFECT! As I unpacked it, my expectations (already very high) were exceeded from the attention to detail, the quality and craftsmanship! The videos! Wow! The videos made assembly a breeze! It was a bit intimidating when unpacking the boxes, but the videos (step-by-step) made the process so easy! We had one question during assembly, and were so impressed to receive a call back from Dennis within minutes! So, in closing, Wilding Wallbeds has extraordinary customer service…from Penny, to Kim and Molly, to Dennis, and of course all the craftsmen who carefully created our beautiful wall bed and side bookcases!
