The construction and craftsmanship are excellent, making the bed an investment but well worth the cost. I researched many other competitors and none really came close to what you offer. We were in transition while our home was being built and the bed remained crated and in storage until we were ready to install. In any event, the gentleman was very helpful with any questions that we had along the way. The online video was excellent and very helpful for this husband/wife installation team. We ordered the Tuscany bed and it is absolutely gorgeous! It looks like an armoire versus a ‘wallbed’ and fits into our den area perfectly, a real space saver.
