I happen to see a Murphy bed banner advertisement in the middle of a New York Times article I was re-reading on a recent Sunday. Realizing that I had not looked at Murphy beds in years and I was expecting to move to The Villages, Florida, in the near future, it dawned on me that the Murphy bed alternative to a foldaway bed would be the best solution to guest “issues.” I found an astonishing selection of Murphy beds on the Wilding Wallbed website. The styles and especially workmanship were remarkable in this day and age. And I was even able to find exactly what I needed on the sale page. I call the office as soon as they opened the next morning and was greeted by Penny. She was a breath of fresh air, fully informed on every aspect of my first choice and handled everything perfectly. She was even aware of whether The Villages could handle the 18 wheeler delivery vehicle. A subsequent call back to ask for a sample of the wood and more measurements was greeted with the same courtesy and efficiency. Her friendly demeanor was especially appreciated as the article I had been reading in the Times was my husband’s obituary. She is a prize employee.
