*Projection is the total distance into the room, from the wall, that the bed occupies. Increasing the depth of the bed will increase the Projection accordingly.

What is the Bookcase Wallbed style?

Where else can you get the convenience of a Murphy Bed and the storage of an integral bookcase in one unit? All of our Bookcase Wallbeds, whether Twin, Full or Queen size come with a commercially rated, powder coated, steel Murphy frame complete with European style wood slat mattress support for comfort and wall mount brackets for easy setup. Bi-Fold Bookcase Wallbeds will hold up to 60 lbs. per bookcase section (240 lbs. total) evenly distributed. The bookcase cabinets on the front of the bed are 8 1/4″ deep.

Mattresses cannot exceed 12″ in depth for use in the Bookcase Wallbed. Please be aware that even so-called “standard” mattress sizes may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. To take all the guess work out of mattress selection we offer several mattresses with a depth of 12″ or smaller. Please call us with any questions. How do I set up my bed?

Wilding Wallbeds provides professional setup for customers who live in the Southern Utah, Nevada and California areas that are in proximity to Wilding’s showrooms. That being said, most orders are shipped directly to the customer’s residence. Detailed written and video instructions are available to assist the customer or a local handyman every step of the way.
