It may have made better business sense to set a production facility in the central USA to equalize nationwide shipping. But the Wilding families, and work team chose quality of life over sheer quantity of product. They have become part of the fabric of the beautiful community and in the process have become one of the most successful Murphy bed companies in the nation. Wilding is committed to advancing more jobs for St. George and do their part to see both talent and businesses grow. As part of this effort, Wilding Wallbeds is proud to offer Scholarship funds to Dixie State University. Providing financial assistance to those pursuing higher education is more than providing someone an opportunity that they might not otherwise have, it is also an investment in the future of the community.

Dixie State University

The Utah System of Higher Education has reported that Dixie State University has the highest enrollment percentage increase of all the Utah’s colleges for the second year in a row. Anyone looking at the campus can clearly see the new facilities going up to keep up with the growth. This incredible campus is nestled into some of the most gorgeous landscapes of St. George that neighbors breathtaking national parks. State Legislators have significantly increased funding as they see this University as a positive solution to prepare students to fill much needed workplace shortages.
