We received the bed in Seattle and had it shipped up to Alaska. My husband installed it with your simple easy to follow instructions and the bed is awesome! We had some guests last week with 2 kids and they enjoyed the bunk beds. We can’t wait to have more guests to get some mileage out of this thing! Thank you so very much for your help getting the bed to Alaska. I already posted it on Facebook and listed your website. It’s so totally awesome!!

I purchased the Brittany wallbed with attached table and corner desk unit approximately 6 yrs. ago out of the Las Vegas store. I have been extremely happy with it and the compliments that I have received over the years have been immense. I have recently moved and my boyfriend did the disassembling and reassembling of it and was very impressed with the craftsmanship and the engineering of the bed. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and purchased a Wilding Wallbed in 2000. I have since moved homes but wanted to let you know that the wallbed has held up perfectly and still looks like it did when it was installed 13 years ago. I want to let you know what a wonderful experience I have had with your company and your product. When I first began placing the order for my wallbed I was flip flopping around like a fish out of water but your sales associate showed great professionalism and was so pleasant with me each and every time I called. I ordered this wallbed for my elderly handicapped mother, who cannot climb stairs, and must now sleep in the dining room of our log cabin. The wallbed I received was far more than what I could have ever imagined! I recently had to renovate the first rental unit where I installed a Wallbed by Wilding. The carpeting had to be replaced, the bathroom fixtures needed replacing, but the Wilding Wallbeds and cabinets were like new, even after several years of rental to college students. The only issue with the wallbed unit was a few soft close mechanisms on cabinet doors that had failed. When I spoke to Dennis, I learned that it was a known issue with a vendor and a replacement has been in use for years. I wasn’t expecting anything, but wanted to know if I could buy some of the new soft close units. Much to my surprise, Wilding Wallbeds sent me replacements which took only minutes to install. Not only have the wallbeds exceeded my expectations, but the long term product support and technical assistance have been spectacular. Although I’m about 1500 mi. from your factory, I have Jason, a Wilding factory trained technician close by. Whenever he does a new installation in my area, I have him check things like spring tension, table hinges and other details. He has factory coatings with him to take care of minor scratches. Owning a Wallbed by Wilding is like owning a fine car where the manufacturer is obsessed with perfection and customer satisfaction.

I can not tell you how pleased we are with the product, people, and to a large extent the video instruction. This wallbed is so far superior to others and I know since I have one in Florida, that is both cheap and expensive (oxmoranic). I would like very much to have my comments posted, but also, to have some additional comments for the owners of the company to hear, absolutely not negative, but of a positive, so that people who, like us, will be putting it together will have, not an easier time, but a less “what do I do now” time. 1. The first person you encounter is the most lasting…either good or bad, you have, in Penny, an exceptional person. She guided me through the process and more importantly did not try to sell me stuff that I did not need. She was GENUINELY wanted ME to be happy. 2. Tell people, emphatically, that they have bought a “100% wood” product…that is inherently heavy, quality, but HEAVY…you need lots of people to move it…and unlike the video it will, at times take longer than depicted. 3. The most important is that you have to have “lots of videos” and very detailed, We have a desk with no under mount cabinets and were at a complete loss as how to install them…Spend more time on the videos, in detail, very important…we are such a media culture that the videos we had were very helpful, they need to be increased and shown in much more detail. 4. Concentrate on the quality of your product. We own a place in Fl and have a murphy bed there…it is to put it politely a piece of c–p”. you need to advertise in Florida…extensively. You have such a wonderful, no exceptional product that with your staff and product I want you to succeed. I looked hard to find an company that was solely American, using American workers with American quality. WILDING MURPHY BEDS did it in spades.

I love the bed and desk system I ordered. I’ve had company several times since it was installed and everyone comments on how well they sleep. I love the quality of the materials and how nice everything looks. The video install instructions were very clear and we kept the computer up so we could go step by step. The addition of the bookcase inside the extra deep storage area of the bed was a great idea (thanks Penny!). In all I couldn’t be more pleased.

My shopping experience with Wilding Wallbeds was excellent. From my e-mails with questions that I had to Delivery/installation of the Murphy Frame, everything was handled quickly and professionally. They delivered the frame super fast and were there after the sale with helpful videos and phone numbers to contact if there were any issues with the install which, there was not. It was quick and easy to install with the instructions that were sent with the frame. It is exactly what you see in the video on their website and is very nice and light weight, easy to put up and down. We are very pleased with the sale and with the frame. Thank you Wilding Wallbeds!

I love my new Next Bed Murphy bed. My guest bedroom can now function as a work out space too. So happy with the design, quality construction and ease of use. Plus we enjoyed putting it together using your online video instructions.

We had our contractor install the wallbed. It’s absolutely beautiful! I’ve put on a mattress pad and a set of sheets to get ready for company next weekend. We’re very impressed with the quality and workmanship of our wall unit. Good job! Thanks a lot! The unit has been installed in my “sewing room,” which might be a misnomer, but I fully plan to use the table to sew on. I’m so excited, and the room still is spacious, in spite of the fact that it’s the smallest bedroom in the house.
