Welcome to Wallbeds by Wilding, LLC (“Wilding Wallbeds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The following Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through our website, by phone, or in-person at one of our showroom locations. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Product Warranty

We are pleased to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all standard products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product cost.

To qualify:

• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be returned to our facility within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
• Refunds do not include shipping or handling fees, including return shipping.
• White glove delivery customers will incur additional charges for product repackaging upon return.

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packaging all products with multiple layers of protection to help ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. However, in rare cases, shipping damage may occur.

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Note the damage on the bill of lading when signing for delivery. This is required for us to process a shipping damage claim.
2. Photograph the damage to the item and packaging and send the images to us promptly.

Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and coordinate repairs or replacement parts as necessary.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:

• Standard Products:
  • Canceled more than 4 weeks before completion: subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.
  • Canceled within 4 weeks of completion: subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
• Custom or Personalized Products:
  • Canceled prior to shipping: subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Expedited/rushed orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

All cancellations must be requested in writing and confirmed by our team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.

4. Conditions of Return

• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and original outbound shipping.
• A minimum 5% processing fee and 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Deductions will be made from the total refund accordingly.
• Returns must be approved by our team prior to shipping items back.

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-built items
• Personalized products
• Items returned without original packaging or outside the 30-day return window

5. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as offered at checkout or during phone/in-store transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallbeds by Wilding, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from the use of or inability to use our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and product designs presented on our website and in marketing materials are the exclusive property of Wallbeds by Wilding, LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Utah.
