Thank you so much for a quality product and excellent customer service. The bed is beautiful looking and blends perfectly with the wood furnishings in the home office. The bed arrived as expected on the freight truck to us in Washington State. The instructions were very easy to follow and the bed installed in about 2 hours with 3 adults working together. My father was one of the people who helped install the bed. He visits frequently from out of town and has slept in the bed several times. He says it is very comfortable and looks forward to sleeping in his bed when he visits. I would highly recommend your company service and quality product to others.
