The construction and craftsmanship are excellent, making the bed an investment but well worth the cost. I researched many other competitors and none really came close to what you offer. We were in transition while our home was being built and the bed remained crated and in storage until we were ready to install. In any event, the gentleman was very helpful with any questions that we had along the way. The online video was excellent and very helpful for this husband/wife installation team.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say how much I enjoy my New Bed and to thank you for all your help.

As we discussed previously, I live in a small circa 1920's California Cottage in Bankers Hill. The interior square footage is only 300 sq. ft. total, so needless to say, interior space is a valuable commodity to me. I was sleeping on a twin bed and was using a closet adjacent to the living area as a storage unit when a neighbor informed me that each apartment at one time had a murphy bed. What an ingenious space-saving idea I thought. I asked her if any of the seven other units still had one, and she said no they all had been removed years ago. It seems as though all of the other residents share the conventional belief that we are forced to live with some sort of a bed in the middle of our living areas. Rather than continue to store a buch of boxes I really didn't need, I decided to look into the possibly of re-installing a murphy bed.

I visited several local murphy bed suppliers in town only to be told it wouldn't work, or that I would have to install an expensive custom-made murphy bed. I almost gave up hope when I contacted you with Wall Beds by Wilding. You greeted me with a big smile, hardy handshake and was so patient listening to me explain my situation. Upon reviewing the images I had on my I-phone, you confidently recommended a New Bed and showed me to the model in your showroom. While I was very excited about the prospect of installing the bed, I was also a little apprehensive about whether or not it would fit within the existing closet opening. To help insure my satisfaction, you immediately called the warehouse...to have them verify the minimum bed frame dimensions. I was so impressed by your williness to assuage my anxiety--I was sold! You promptly ordered the bed for me, and even managed to get it ready for prompt pick-up as promised. You're simply the best and I can't thank you enough for all your help. The two delivery men were great. They were courteous and were extremely helpful in getting the mattress and wallbed into our apartment. So far I am halfway through putting the bed together and I am very impressed with the quality of the bed. The packaging of the bed was very well protected and secured with styrofoam and cardboard.

Penny was great. She made the process very easy and she was a pleasure to talk to. She was more an advisor than a sales person. Molly Dennison kept me advised as to when the bed was going to be shipped. While I never talked to her over the phone, her emails kept me advise of when the bed was going to be shipped and when it was actually shipped. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Wilding Walbed.

We got our DIY kit from the folks over at Wilding Wall Beds a few weeks ago, and I have been so excited to assemble this bad boy, I could hardly stand it. The kits come in all sorts of wood options, and after a few back and forth deliberations, we went with "Oak." We wanted the wood to be nice and strong, and we wanted to grain of the wood to duplicate the rustic feel of Creed's Nursery.

The nursery already has barn wood and two old windows as decor pieces. If you didn't know this was a bed, you may think it was a free standing closet. It holds a queen sized bed perfectly. In fact, my Mother in Law and Father in Law already slept in the bed this weekend, and they loved it.

The DIY kit came unfinished, which gives the versatility to personalize it to ANY space. I was super excited to add the "z" of a barn door to the front and add some barn wood hardware to finalize the rustic look I was going for.

So, for the normal every day life around here, the bed will be nice and snug in its place, the wall! And for the times where we have visitors, don't worry, in point five seconds, the bed is available. VOILA!

If you have a design dilemma like we did, Wilding Wall Beds is a great way to solve it! The amazing staff impressed me from the start, and the DIY kit comes with amazing instruction videos to eliminate the complications of putting together the kit. The showroom is beautiful, too! I was amazed at all the different options they had.

We've finally completed the construction and installation of our (Sierra style) wall bed. For too long, while construction was proceeding in our house, the intimidating package of materials lay resting in our barn. Finally, the room being ready, we lugged in the various pieces and started to work. Two days later, the bed frame was fitted into the lifting mechanism, the mattress was put in place and the assembly folded up. As it turned out, we needn't have worried that everything would fit, because it did, to perfection.

It's a wonderful addition to our room, is elegant and works as easily as your advertisements promised it would. My 90-year old mother, were she still alive, could have lifted the bed into place without as much as a grunt. The work would have been easy, even for her.

We especially appreciated the graceful design of the piece, the quality of the wood that was used in its construction and the elegantly applied finish that is immediately apparent to even a casual glance. We bought the bed, sight unseen, on the internet and, by so doing, took a risk that we'd be disappointed. We weren't at all.

It took longer to construct than we expected, but we suppose that the affordable price we paid reflected the fact that we, rather than you, would do the grunt work necessary to assemble the many pieces. It surely would have been much more expensive, both to purchase and to ship, if we bought it pre-assembled.

Thanks for your careful work in assuring us a bed we'll be proud to have in our house.

I think I dealt with you when I bought my wall bed. It's been about 5 years and I just want to tell you that my husband and I have enjoyed it so very much! We bought the wallbed for a studio apartment in Manhattan which I also use for business meetings. So you can imagine how perfect it is that no one can see a bed! Before we purchased your wallbed I searched all the stores in Manhattan for one, and NO store had the quality that you offer. None of the stores even used wood to make their wallbeds, they used press board. About three years ago our daughter bought one of your wallbeds for her apartment, and once again you delivered the finest quality furniture.

We've just sold the studio and the purchasers bought all the furniture including the wall bed. But since they did, I guess the good news is that we couldn't use a wall bed in our new apartment anyway. However,we are looking for an entertainment wall unit. I've searched your site looking for one but can't find any. Do you make entertainment wall units and if not, are there any companies (who deliver such quality furniture as you do) that you could recommend? (We'd much rather have one that you make!)

I received my Wilding wall bed last week and installed it myself with no problems. The instructions were thorough, clear, and well illustrated. More impressive, though, was the excellent quality of the materials and workmanship. I was delighted to find no flakeboard, perfectly fitting parts, and a very high quality of finish throughout. It's very unusual to find reasonably priced furniture today in which the manufacturer hasn't deployed the cheapest possible material under the veneer.

My one disappointment is the mountain of styrofoam you used in shipping. It's a prodigious disposal problem, and I urge you to try a biodegradable solution, or at least collapsible air bags.

But I'm thoroughly pleased with the product itself, and I hope you'll continue exactly what you're doing. Don't outsource, move production to Mexico, or cheapen the product to save a buck. There aren't that many manufacturers like Wilding left in the U.S., and we need your example.

I recently purchased a wall bed from your company. The lady I delt with was named Penny. My bed was a semi-custom order and she was a great help in this order. When I ordered the bed I told Penny that the bed would be painted to match the room, however the wood in the bed box was too beautiful to paint. I just couldn't do it! So I used a white wash pickling stain and a couple coats of polly! We all love the bed. I promissed Penny I would send her some pics of the finished product. I finally got the room finished this week and wanted her to see the bed. Use the photo's if you wish in your business. Also I wanted to tell you the light kit is the most awesome thing I've seen. Thanks so much. You guys have helped to make a dream room possible for a young boy with cancer.

The directions were easy to follow -- step by step -- all the hardware was included and the instructions were in English!! Yahoo!! The bed is well-made and the wood grain is beautiful -- (I don't think we will paint it, because it's so pretty -- maybe we'll "white-wash" it so you can still see the grain). The boys and their friends successfully unloaded the pallet almost three weeks ago from the truck with no problem. This weekend was our first time to look at the bed. We are happy to see it came intact and in good condition. My husband and one handy son assembled it with very little difficulty. The Danish oil cherry wood fitted perfectly with the rest of the decor. It's a handsome piece and a welcome addition, especially for guests. My son "tested" it out the same night. Thank you so much for a quality product and excellent customer service. The bed is beautiful looking and blends perfectly with the wood furnishings in the home office. The bed arrived as expected on the freight truck to us in Washington State. The instructions were very easy to follow and the bed installed in about 2 hours with 3 adults working together. My father was one of the people who helped install the bed. He visits frequently from out of town and has slept in the bed several times. He says it is very comfortable and looks forward to sleeping in his bed when he visits. I would highly recommend your company service and quality product to others.

O.K. you did it again!!!! A perfect wall bed and cabinets. Everything is just as you said and better. It is nice to deal with people that deliver what they promise. The workmanship is superb and it was simple to install. The hardest part was carrying it into the room to put it together. From then on it was a breeze.

We'd like to thank you again for the fabulous wallbed. It is our second and this one was completly assembled by my 3 children. I guess they were paying attention to their father when we put the first one together. The bed arrived on Tuesday afternoon and a quick call into their father at work revealed that with his busy schedule he wouldn't be able to get this one put together for a week or so. That disappointing news spurred them to work together and put this bed together. I am not kidding, in 45 min. this bed was up. Dad put the final screws in it to secure the bed to the wall, but he and I were both stunned. They are 16, 14, and 11. The rooms look great too! We show them off to all our friends.

The bed was delivered yesterday by Yellow Freight. I had called them and was able to get delivery two days earlier than they had planned, which suited them fine, and me too. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful over the phone or in person. Good outfit.

And the bed? We installed it this morning and it looks great. Not nearly so bulky as I had expected, carefully designed and well made. Well done. I may finish it myself with Watco natural finish which would enhance the nice grain and color. And the mattess is most inviting. Thanks for your fine product and service.

This past weekend my Dad and I put it together and I just want to let you and your employees know how happy I am with the bed and cabinets. When my wife and I decided to purchase a wallbed, we thought that we would purchase it from someone locally. There is even a manufacturer not far from our home here in Texas who had indicated that he would send up individuals to install the bed at no cost to us.

In comparing prices, we discovered that your prices were QUITE a bit less. Even with extensive installation we figured we would save money. And we did. We had the bed installed on Saturday by a local handyman (who had never done one before, but was able to get it together in less than an hour). The bed is phenomenal. Everyone who sees it says so, and we agree.

I'm glad the internet works. I'm recommending your beds to all of our friends who are considering them.

Our bed just arrived. I must say that we are quite impressed with the quality of the bed. I was afraid the melamine would look kind of cheap, but it is very nice.
