Our Scape Murphy Bed uses our time tested spring lift mechanism which has a life time warranty. This mechanism has been ISO 9000 tested and approved so you can use it in any commercial setting and is also perfectly suited for any residential setting as well. The spring system is very easy to balance for comfortable lifting and lowering.
