This Murphy Bed has the simple, clean lines that are so popular with today's interior designs. In addition to the combination of Natural African Mahogany and Alder Wood in the Espresso finish shown here, you can choose from any of our 13 standard and 9 optional, available stain choices to match your décor. The Nexus Murphy Bed comes ready to assemble, taking an average of 2-3 hours to complete.
The Nexus Murphy Bed is available in Oak, Alder, Cherry, Maple and Mahogany as well as Rustic Cherry and Knotty Alder in any of the color choices above, offering almost limitless possibilities. The Nexus is also available unfinished so you can make it truly unique. This Murphy Bed and the optional side cabinets are constructed from our specially engineered 7 band, furniture grade plywood; not particle board or Melamine panels like some of our competitors use.
The Nexus Murphy bed is more than just a pretty face when it comes to solving to your space saving needs. As is the case with all of Wilding Wallbed's Murphy beds, the Nexus is built to last and carries a life time warranty on the mechanism. The Nexus style Murphy Bed utilizes an innovative spring lift system that not only makes it extremely easy to operate, but durable as well. A single finger is all that's needed to open and close the bed. This system is also ISO 9000 rated which qualifies it for use in fire houses, sleep study centers, hotels and motels as well as other government and commercial applications and has been tested to hold 2000 lbs. The Murphy Bed spring system is adjustable, allowing the lifting capacity to be matched to your mattress choice, including heavy Memory Foam and Gel mattresses. Wilding Wallbeds carries a full line of mattresses by Serta® that have been designed and built specifically for use in our Murphy Beds.
